Hi, I’m Louise,

I am a Spiritual Alignment coach, Reiki Master Practitioner and Sound Healer.

Since 2019, I have been practicing Reiki, and it has been an essential part of my healing journey. I was deeply drawn to the practice and knew that it had to be a part of my life. Recently, I have become a Reiki Master Practitioner, and I am now excited to share my gifts with the world!

Throughout the years, I have had several jobs, and interestingly, they all involved helping others. My roles varied from childcare to being a support worker and safeguarding officer, among many others. I enjoyed each of these jobs and learned valuable lessons from them. However, I always felt like something was missing until I discovered Reiki. With a passion for providing a voice to others, practicing Reiki, and all things spiritual, I launched my business to do precisely that!

My practice has helped numerous clients overcome anxiety, depression, low mood, grief, stress, and other limiting beliefs. Reiki is limitless and can assist with virtually any concern. Many clients have shared with me how Reiki has made them feel comfortable in their own skin again, increasing their confidence and overall happiness. It's heartwarming to hear how I've helped to quiet the noise that they've experienced for years. I value my clients and their feedback, as it helps me provide the best possible support tailored to their needs and desired outcomes.

I provide a variety of Reiki sessions, including Standard and Crystal Reiki. Additionally, I offer Animal Reiki sessions because animals love Reiki too! If your pet suffers from anxiety or restlessness, I can help them feel more comfortable and at ease.

In addition to my healing services, I offer Intuitive Oracle/Tarot readings and sell Reiki-infused crystals and candles.

I offer bespoke healing and spiritual alignment coaching packages ranging from weekly coaching sessions, monthly, quarterly and even yearly coaching and healing sessions. They can include, reiki, sound healing, the activation method and silent counselling. As these sessions are bespoke to the client the price will depend on requirements so email to request a call to meet your specific needs.

A bit more about me...

When I'm not working, I love spending time with my beautiful family. As a wife and mother to three wonderful children, they are the center of my world. I enjoy being in nature and find solace in visiting the sea – it's my absolute favorite thing to do! I'm also passionate about yoga, meditation, singing, and dancing (although I don't claim to be an expert in the latter two). I firmly believe that life is short, and we should do more of what we love!

As a continuous learner, I enjoy acquiring new skills to enhance my practice and for fun. I'm thrilled about my upcoming training course and can't wait to offer it within my practice soon. Keep an eye out for updates!

Cancellation Policy:

I understand that life can be unpredictable. However, if you need to cancel your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged the full amount for your session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking will incur a charge of 100% of the session cost. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
